Somerset Frisby - "13"
In 2010 I wrote and recorded a 4-song indie-folk EP called "13" under the band name Somerset Frisby, as a collaboration with my friend John Smith. My favorite highlight from the project was getting a fantastic email from Karina Hollekim who is the inspiration for the song "Hollekim". All songs can be downloaded for FREE from bandcamp at: http://somersetfrisby.bandcamp.com/
The Seldon Plan - "Lost and Found and Lost"
In 2009 I shared lead guitar and vocal duties in an indie pop band from Baltimore, MD called The Seldon Plan. I also wrote 2 songs for The Seldon Plan's record "Lost and Found and Lost" titled "See A Word" and "Fire In Day's Field". I briefly toured with the band in support of the record-release and then moved on to continue working on my solo recordings and other audio work.
In Heaven and You
Throughout 2009, in addition to playing with The Seldon Plan, I also performed cocktail drum kit, backing guitar and harmonies for an amazing artist named Alex Vallejo who toured under the moniker In Heaven and You. Alex has a very beautiful guitar style which is punk meets goth meets classical - sort of like if This Mortal Coil and Danzig had a baby. Loved working with him. He rarely records but here's a YouTube video of us at Velvet Lounge in Washington, DC: http://youtu.be/UXuEizDTxBM
Kadman - "These Old Bones"
In 2009 I was invited by producer Mat Leffler-Schulman to sing harmonies on a record released by a Baltimore, MD downtempo pop band called Kadman. My voice appears on 4 songs from their record "These Old Bones" including this track, called "Lullaby".
